  Dots Projector is a simple application which allows you to project an image onto your phone/tablet screen and scan it in 360 degrees. It also provides a way of projecting the image on a wall or ceiling, if desired. The idea behind the app is simply by rotating your device and stepping forward or backward through the photo, you can pan 360 degrees around it, just like with a normal digital camera or scanner.
